I stayed here for 2 nights, and overall I had a very pleasant stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly, check in was smooth and hassle free. My room was spacious, lots of storage, and spotless. I was staying on floor 5 and my room was overlooking the river Ness which was beautiful. I had a peaceful nights sleep and when the windows were closed, the sound of city life was very faint, so no issues with noise. Breakfast was good, some more vegetarian options in the hot food section would be nice. Did not go to the bar or restaurant so cannot comment on either of those. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here and I would recommend to others. Will definitely consider staying here when I return to Inverness in the future!

The hotel is big and cozy. Well located in the city center and easily accessible. Breakfast is just OK. Staff up to standards. The location is also one of the biggest problems, as it is close to several bars and the noise from the streets is very high. The hotel urgently needs to resolve the problem of sealing the windows against outside noise. It is impossible to sleep while there are people and/or noise in the nearby streets. The windows appear to be new but were poorly installed and planned. The party seems to take place inside the room. In addition to people, seagulls "scream" all day and night long.

We paid £24 in the parking lot behind the hotel, only to be told at reception that we only needed to pay £12. There are no instructions in the parking lot about what you need to pay if you are staying at the hotel. The room we booked was nothing like the room we got. The picture on the website shows a spacious room with a small sofa and good floor area. We got a very small room. Dinner in the bar was a disaster. Understaffed and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money!

We had a 3 night mid week stay in Inverness. The hotel is in a good location with good parking, rooms are clean a good size with comfortable beds and breakfast was good.

No sleep… loud and outdated

I would not recommend to anyone… £220 for one night in July. The hotel is outdated and not at all what the pictures show you. The worst of it all and the reason you should even be allowed to rent this room without disclosing it, is that the pub literally on the other side of the road is blasting music until 3am. When we asked at reception if they had another room less exposed they just said they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do about it. This is a disgrace… They know very well that the rooms are exposed to loud music every Wednesday to Sunday until 3am. This should be disclosed at booking! We were in put in room 112. Which is literally the Room opposite to the Pub directly in the first floor.
