Central Location but VERY noisy!

We stayed here with a tour group for two nights. The location is great for easy access to everything BUT the noise at night is terrible. Saturday night in the street below, Church St, is party central until 3am. Then the rubbish trucks start their day and make a huge racket. Not to mention the incessant seagulls shouting all night long! Closing the windows makes no difference, and if you do close them, there is no aircon in the room, so it becomes very hot! A very unpleasant stay. Not sure if booking a room on the river facing side of the hotel will make a difference.

Good location but very dated hotel, small rooms, no extractor fan in bathrooms and no air conditioning. Lovely staff but the hotel needs some work on it.

This was a comfortable hotel although the rooms were a bit on the small side. The room that we stayed in was very clean, but dated and could use a facelift. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the main street.

Old hotel well reformed but expensive

Don_Joselito Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The hotel looks like very old from outside but inside is totally reformed. Anyhow, it's expensive for the rooms and facilities. Also it's required to pay an extra for the parking. For the price i was expecting something better.
