The hotel, internally, has a slight Art-Deco feel to it, which is nice. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped with a large comfortable bed. A water supply to the shower and the shower gel and shampoo smelt really nice!! The only gripe we had about the room was, as ever in all hotels, the were plenty of sachets of coffee but only a couple of (very good quality) tea bags!! But a quick call to reception soon amended that!! Talking of reception..... Jo. A friendly, amusing, attentive, charming lass who made us feel very welcome and special. Nothing was too much for her. A real credit to the hotel. The breakfast choices were varied and the Full Scottish Breakfast was perfectly cooked. Had an evening meal and it too was very nicely presented. The bar was well stocked with a delightful supply of local whiskies. All the staff were very friendly. Thank you for our stay, we will be back! Phil & Gisele.

Great Hotel but not on bin day

The rooms were great, breakfast was great, staff were great no complaints, absolutely lovely hotel. However, Bin day is a Friday, and they arrive to empty the industrial bins at 5.55am. So, if you were planning on a lie in, pack your earplugs.

Scottish-Hidden-Gems TripAdvisor review

We stayed here for one night and we were very impressed with the hotel. We had a lovely room which was very comfortable and was quite modern. The bathroom was very nice, we loved the large mural wall in the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic, the best we have seen in a long time. Having stayed in several hotels in inverness, this will definitely be our go to when we return to Inverness!
