What a great experience,thanks to Joe at the reception for advising us on things to do in Inverness and in staying in a wonderful room overlooking the river .the staff are very helpful and being disabled they could not have done anymore for us ,just so friendly.we will be back soon as so nice a experience thank you Joe

After a minor disagreement on Sat at 1pm the reception manager told me that she was throwing me out of the hotel, calling the police and refunding me the 2 remaining nights as I was due to leave on Jan 13. Rm 309. I left the hotel shortly thereafter but have not yet received my refund of $132.08 I have never seen such ludicrous treatment of a guest in my life.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable, great location also. Great view of the river when having breakfast, breakfast was excellent also. I was in Inverness for business and would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of the town. It is exactly what you would expect from a Mercure. Efficient staff, good service levels, rooms trimmed to a Franco perfection and ergonomically perfect. Food was very good for a mass catering (we were in a large group) and breakfast managed perfectly with a wide range on offer.
