I was staying in Inverness due to a work program I was carrying out. The hotel was a great location, the room was absolutely fantastic and clean. The staff I interacted with were very polite and professional. I had an overall great stay. My only minor negative was when I booked with this hotel it stated it had a gym facility. When I came it turned out the hotel does not (only minor negative) the stay overall was fantastic and would fully recommend.

Bed uncomfortable, noise from street below was awful and i had two terrible nights sleep.
