I was up for work, i love this hotel. The staff are so friendly, i always get a lovely clean room and the food is amazing. All you can eat breakfast buffet is brilliant. The service i get is first class and i always feel at home.

Neighbouring pub noise is intolerable

2 night stay. On the first night the neighbourhood noise was so loud it actually vibrated my bed. White noise failed to help and neither did earbuds and it continued until 3:30am. Front desk staff helped the situation by moving me the next day to the back but no compensation offered. There is no way those front rooms should be sold for 200+ pounds a night.

Hotel was ok. In noisy part of town. Really loud with lots of young people. We were on a tour. Hotel was old and room was small. Breakfast was ok. Typical Scottish. Hotel in front of river ness. If u want quiet, don’t stay here. Lobby was second floor.

We do have a variety of different rooms available from the compact room that was booked, and we would love you to return to experience these. Our lobby is on the Ground floor i think you may have came in via the car park which is on our lower ground floor.
