My room was very warm, but the window handle wasn't operational, and the sink in the bathroom took a very long time to drain. I was tired so didn't mention this until checking out, so I do realise I should have made a request to change room on the evening.

I booked a set of rooms for my corporate team on my business card and each person put an individual card on their room at check in. During check out, each person was not provided a proper invoice and was charged a confusing set of costs for a two day stay. This is unacceptable.

What started as a 5-hour round trip to Inverness airport ended up in a 3-night stay at the Mercure Inverness due to the blizzard conditions and blocked roads. These guys were a lifesaver. As an Accor Platinum member, I used the app to book a room at short notice, a friendly welcome and an upgrade on arrival.
