We’re very sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the dog charge and, in particular, the way the matter was handled at check-out. While we’re glad the overcharge was refunded, we sincerely apologise that this was not done in a more friendly and professional manner. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this negatively affected your overall experience. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the refurbishment, breakfast, friendly staff, and the little touches in your room—it’s always great to know that our efforts to make our guests comfortable are appreciated. We’re very sorry to hear about the parking experience. The transition to Smart Parking management has unfortunately caused confusion for some guests, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a fine despite registering. While the car park is managed externally, we appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to make the process clearer for future guests to avoid similar situations.
