The staff was very friendly and the main hotel facilities were great, but not the room. It seemed as if they had just renovated the common areas but ignored the rest. There was only one plug in the whole room, and it wasn't working, which meant that we couldn't use the iron, the kettle, or the hairdryer. The room had no wardrobe, just a very simple structure with a couple of shelves, but no hangers for our shirts or jackets. There was a lift to access the floor where the room was located, but once there we had to carry the suitcases up several stairs to reach the assigned room. We did not receive any help at any time with our luggage, nor were we informed about the lack of accessibility. The location is great since it's within walking distance from the centre and it's seafront, but it was really overpriced considering all the issues that we had to face during our stay.

Fui por trabajo a una conferencia y me gustó mucho el hotel. El personal muy amable, la localización adecuada, el desayuno rico y la habitación amplia. Además, las zonas comunes del hotel tienen una decoración muy bonita.

Un servicio al cliente espléndido, pero la habitación hacía una calor increible sin conseguir poder abrir la ventana. Tuve la mala experiencia de comprobar que las paredes son de papel, ya que a las 3 de la mañana llegó el huésped de la habitación contigua y pude oir todos sus movimientos. A parte de esto devo decir: muy limpio, cama muy comoda y me dieron un upgrade de una simple a una doble en tan solo llegar!

Es un hotel antiguo pero bien conservado, me gusta ese ambiente. El problema es que mi habitación estaba en el edificio principal y daba a la parte de atrás, donde hay unos equipos de climatización que hacen ruido de día y de noche, lo que resulta muy molesto. Tuve que ponerme mis auriculares durante toda la noche para poder dormir. Me parece mucho más agradable la zona de habitaciones The Mews, aunque para llegar parezca un laberinto.
