Second time here. Hotel looked tired before now even more tired. Only the new downstairs reception is worthy of a 4 star hotel

Habitación pequeña, sin posibilidad de abrir el segundo cristal de la ventana, ducha con única opción de pared y cama sin sábanas, solo el nórdico (duermes con el o sin él). Sin opción de minibar en la habitación (hotel de 4 estrellas) Restaurante del hotel caro y sobretodo de mala calidad la comida. Lo único positivo, la ubicación en cuanto a transporte y zonas de ocio y restauración, y personal de recepción dispuesto a ayudar.

Ubicación inmejorable, desayuno muy completo, e instalaciones un poco antiguas pero muy completas.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Como mucho, uno de 3. Salvando que esta bien situado y el desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación deja mucho que desear. Nos quedamos en el piso 9 que da a la calle y entraba ruido, las ventanas no estan insoronizadas. La cama parece un barco de lo que se mueve. Hubo un día que no nos limpiaron la habitación y cuando llegamos era por la noche y no dijimos nada hasta el día siguiente porque era tarde. Y no pusimos ningún cartel ni nada para que no lo hicieran. El día que llegamos ya no había ni jabón en la ducha. Mal y con poco cuidado.

We regret that the room was not cleaned on one of the days and that essential items like soap were missing upon arrival — this is certainly not the standard of care we strive for, and I apologise for the oversight. I’m also sorry to hear about the noise issues from the street and your discomfort with the bed.
