Buena acogida. Habitación amplia, luminosa y limpia. Hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno centro.

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido francamente decepcionante. MUCHO FRIO Y MAL ACOMODADO. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente: únicamente expulsaba aire frío en pleno invierno, haciendo la estancia muy incómoda. La televisión no tenía canales operativos ni conexión a internet. Además, no había enchufes cercanos al cabecero de la cama, algo básico hoy en día. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear y los aseos eran, sinceramente, penosos: sin calefacción, con salidas de agua en la mampara y con modificaciones mal ejecutadas que daban sensación de chapuza y falta de mantenimiento. Lo único aceptable de toda la estancia fue el desayuno. No repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

En general ha sido una estancia buena, hemos tenido un pequeño percance con la calefacción y limpieza.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding the heating and, most importantly, the housekeeping service.
