Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. While I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and breakfast, I'm very sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that the room was not cleaned on one of the days and that essential items like soap were missing upon arrival — this is certainly not the standard of care we strive for, and I apologise for the oversight. I’m also sorry to hear about the noise issues from the street and your discomfort with the bed.
