Went over New Year and without fail the hotel and all the staff were amazing ,all set by the general manager .He did everything that he had asked his staff to do .Nothing was too much trouble and food /service was excemptional for the around 100 people being served at the same time .!!Thoroughly recommend !

Rooms were good, clean and very comfortable. The Hotel was clean throughout but just a little chilly at times. The room staff looked after the rooms well and kept us well stocked with tea and coffee Restaurant staff were very polite and went out of their way to help. The only downside was no evening entertainment after our evening meals. We had music and singers whilst we were eating. Music stopped about nine. Overall it was a lovely place to stay

Das Hotel ist kein 08/15 Kettenhotel. Historisches Gebäude mit Flair. Es liegt "etwas" außerhalb, daher benötigt man ein Auto, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte. Essen hervorragend und zu empfehlen. Gym sehr gut ausgestattet. Immer gerne wieder

Típico hotel inglés con moqueta por todos los lados, habitación sin aire acondicionado. Para ser un Mercure necesita una pequeña reforma. Habitación normal. Desayuno bueno. Personal simpático y atento. Tienen spa y piscina cubierta. Bonita localización pero en medio de la nada, cerca de polígono industrial, bus 17 y estación de Castleton relativamente cerca. Para estándar español es un 3 estrellas.

Las habitaciones un poco standard, nada que resalte. El personal amable y respetuoso. El hotel esta algo alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero esta bien para relajarse un poco en un entorno bastante tranquilo.
