The first “Privelidge” room key I got had blood on the sheets when I pulled the douvet back to air the bed there was blood on the sheet with hair in the bed! I was thankfully moved to another room the next day after a long day at work to find the room had not been refreshed. The staff on the reception have been superb in dealing with the issues but I need to say it’s just acceptable and management need to act swiftly…….. I’ll let you make your own decision.

What you described regarding the condition of your first room is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we set for cleanliness and guest care. We are genuinely sorry for the discomfort and frustration this caused. While we’re glad our reception team supported you promptly and professionally, it’s clear that the follow-up room not being refreshed only added to the inconvenience after a long day at work. This is not the experience we want any of our guests to have. Your feedback has been passed directly to management, and we are taking immediate action with both our housekeeping and supervisory teams to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention and we hope you will consider giving us the opportunity to provide the standard of stay you should expect and deserve. I recently held my baby shower at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team were incredibly helpful from start to finish, from assisting with the setup to giving us the entire room to host the event. We had a few dietary requirements, and they handled everything perfectly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the location itself was stunning, which made the day feel even more special. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event. Thank you to the entire team for making my baby shower so memorable! 💛
