Dear Sean, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We regret that you found the information about our location and amenities misleading. We strive to provide accurate details and will review this to ensure clarity. We are sorry to hear that you found our staff rude; this is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team. Regarding the card on file, we did not charge a security deposit. Instead, we uploaded a card on file as a guarantee, which is a standard procedure for all guests and is listed as one of the requirements at check-in when making the booking. This policy helps ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. For dining and entertainment, there are several local restaurants and venues nearby. Options include Hart's Bakery for delicious pastries and coffee, and The Knights Templar for a great pub experience. These are just a short walk from the hotel. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the beds, lack of blackout blinds, and the small bathroom. We will take your feedback into account as we work on improvements.
