We stayed here for my partner’s birthday. Room was lovely and big on the 4th floor. The bathroom is dated but I’m sure that will be refurbed at some point. Reception were helpful when asking for an extension lead due to a need for a medical device next to the bed. There were a few different events on in the hotel so we only had the option of a bar meal, food was very average but did the job although very over priced for a frozen pizza. The lounge area was nice but the furniture needs a good clean there are stains everywhere on the seating. Breakfast was tasty but sadly it was so busy the staff were literally on top of us waiting for us to finish. Myself and my partner hadn’t even finished our toast and pastry and they were taking our plates away. Either more training for the staff or add more tables to the lounge area. I had breakfast within 15 mins as they were taking our plates away rushing us. That was a huge disappointment for me. Would I stay again I’m really not sure!

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There was hairs and yellow stains everywhere in the bathroom. Staff is lovely, breakfast was great, and there’s huge potential to make this place a 4-star, but it needs a lot of improvement.

A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un super accueil. Que ça fait plaisir d'être reçus de cette façon! Même le chien a eu droit un bel accueil. Notre chambre était confortable mais manquait de vue sur le jardin. Le bar et le restaurant étaient très agréables et le service impeccable. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Parking extérieur facile d'accès. Hôtel idéal pour visiter les Cotswolds non loin de là.

Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. L’environnement de l’hôtel est calme et très agréable. Hôtel très bien tenu, réception, lounge et restaurant irréprochables ! Personnel très attentif et aux petits soins. Qualité du restaurant à mettre en avant que ce soit pour le dîner ou le breakfast 👏🏻👏🏻 Chambre parfaite. Hôtel à l’excellent rapport qualité/prix.
