wonderful short break at the Mercure Norwich Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great facilities Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the location is perfect – close to the airport yet quiet. Special thanks to reception manager Catherine for her warm welcome and outstanding service – she truly made my stay even better! Highly recommend this hotel!

"Just back from an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was comfy, the breakfast was yum, and the location was spot on. Huge shoutout to Cath at reception - super friendly, sorted everything out quickly, and made our check-in a breeze! Would totally stay here again. 5 stars

Excellent comfy stay on a very cold night. Food was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Catherine & the girls on reception were very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Hotel Norwich. From start to finish, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference to the experience. A special mention has to go to the receptionist, who was outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and its super location close to Norwich city centre made it ideal for getting around and exploring the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich.

Excellent stay, Room clean and quiet Staff friendly, Had late checkin all though kitchen was closed there was a choice of sandwiches available, All together good nights sleep Will stay again
