Great friendly hotel which is convenient for Norwich International Airport and 10 - 15 minute taxi ride from the railway station. Friendly and welcoming staff, Catherine for the check in experience and Abbie for the check out are very helpful and cater for all your needs during your stay!

Super fast check in. Large comfy room Breakfast. Lots of choice and very nice. Very friendly staff. New evening meal menu with lots of choice and very fast service and the food was lovely. Lunch menu was perfect for just a snack. All in all very nice hotel

had a great stay at the mercure hotel in norwich always feel welcome and great service hotel is very accommodating ordering taxis to and from the hotel the catherine on reception so helpful and always smiling ordered food and got room service and food was quick and prompt all round good stay

On arrival to the hotel I was greeted by the wonderful Abby, whose smile and demeanour was a welcoming moment for my check in. Check in was very professional all amenities were explained. I ordered food from the specials menu that is changed daily, it was delivered to my room and arrive in about 10 mins and very tasty. I will definitely be staying here again.

Cat and Abbie on reception were fantastic — so welcoming, approachable, and friendly, all while staying professional. Even though I arrived late, I was made to feel right at home. Big shoutout to the night porter who kindly opened the bar for me — such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Would happily return!
