For a Mecure the hotel was less than average to be honest...the rooms need updating and properly maintaining....like staines on the walls, no air-conditioning, attach the plug to the chain in the bath at the very least. What made my stay more than acceptable was the staff, one in particular by the name of Tia....or possibly Tian, she worked in the bar/restaurant and her customer service was exemplary, she was friendly, polite, efficient, professional and a real credit to the hotel...I'd recommend her for a pay rise and/or promotion in a heartbeat. Thank you Tia/Tian....your the reason I'd stay at this hotel again.

We had a lovely time, the staff were very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Short wait for it to arrive but everything was freshly made to order. The roasted Mediterranean veg sandwich was really nice! We were also offered a free glass of proscecco which was very tasty. Would recommend visiting.

had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ps tim was class

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we were so impressed. Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff across the board and really amazing food- the breakfast was the best we've ever had, a really varied selection. Would definitely return.

Soggiornato in questo hotel per caso a causa di un volo cancellato. La struttura é piuttosto attempata e assomiglia ad un tipico cottage di campagna inglese. Molto retro ma sicuramente di forte impatto visivo. Le camere sentono sicuramente il peso degli anni ma nonostante questo sono assolutamente comode, pulite e ben tenute. Il letto è enorme e discretamente comodo. Tutto in ordine e ben curato. L’accoglienza al desk é stata eccezionale, la signora alla reception è stata super cordiale ed efficiente nonché molto empatica, davvero un valore aggiunto. Check out rapido ed efficiente anche se con meno cordialità. A mezz’ora di auto da Gatwick è inoltre molto comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Una piacevole sorpresa.
