Front Desck excelente, os funcionários Alex e Samiris além de muito eficientes, foram muito simpáticos. Chegar cansado !! Querendo descansar e ser atendido com simpatia e cordialidade é tudo de bom. Instalações novas e muito higienizadas. Custo benefício excelente. Além de ser ao lado do Mall com execelentes restaurantes. Fica a dica da “Bella Forneria”

Atendimento impecável. Camila é uma atendente rápida, gentil, competente e extremamente trabalhadora. Um exemplo para o Hotel. Os outros profissionais também são muito queridos. Tive um problema com check out mas eles resolveram rapidamente e prontamente responderam as minhas mensagens.

Ibis as it is - nothing special. For a business stay absolutely fine! The rooms are clean and the service/ people are friendly and helpful !! Unfortunately are the walls very thin, so you hear everything on the hallway as well as from your neighbours. Also the breakfast is not a highlight at all.

Good room, great reception, good bed and clean room. The hotel has parking, next to the mall and next to the a little beer factory very delicious. This hotel doesn't stay next to the downtown, but a business travel is a great option.

The hotel is brand new and everything looks very well maintained. The staff is nice and corteous, we had a very pleasant stay. We just stayed one night after visiting family in a city nearby, and we plan to stay again in the future.
