프랑크푸르트 중앙역과 관광지 근처가 가까워 이동하기가 편리했습니다. 또한 근처 마트와 음식점이 많아 관광하기 좋은 위치였습니다. 하지만 와이파이가 느려 거의 사용하지 못하였습니다.

The Wifi was dysfunctional. The service was 1 bar on my iPhone and 2 bars on the iPad. I was planning to watch a movie in the evening but it would continuously stop and hang to the point of being unwatchable. I raised this with front desk and was given a Wifi ticket which made no difference. I raised the topic again and was offered another room but I had just unpacked and wasn’t keen to move. Not good enough for Novotel.

Recently returned from 2nd stay at hotel (4 days 2024 and 5 days 2025). Location is perfect, near railway station/tram/underground stops and short walk to town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of options for long stays. Pool and spa area is wonderful and has a good supply of towels. Rooms quite when windows shut but if open you have railway sounds at back and tram noise at front, take your pick but it didn't bother us. We will return again one day as we have had very pleasant and restful stays.

뉘른베르크 중앙역에서 아주 가까워서 위치상 최상이며, 침대도 넓고 방도 깨끗하여 좋으나 흠이라면 샤워부스안에 곰팡이가 있어서 곰팡이를 제거하면 좋겠음 그리고 숙박비 지불관련하여 deposit(보증금) 관련하여 안내사항이 없었으나 체크인시 보증금을 내라고 하여 캐시카드로 지불하고 체크아웃시 돌려달라고 하였으나 며칠 뒤에 캐시카드 통장으로 입금한다고 하였으나 일주일이 경과한 오늘까지도 입금되지 않았음 속히 입금되기를 원함
