I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed our location, the family‑friendly atmosphere, and the warm interactions with our team. It’s lovely to know your child enjoyed the welcome gift as well. At the same time, I’m truly sorry for the areas where we let you down. Your comments about parking, the facilities, and the breakfast service are all very valid, and we’ll be reviewing these with the relevant teams. Regarding late check‑out, I understand it was disappointing. Late check‑out is always subject to availability, and during school holidays we were unfortunately unable to offer it. I appreciate your understanding, and your feedback is noted. Thank you as well for your thoughts on sustainability and amenities.
