优点：地理位置好，亲子酒店家庭友好，小朋友入住会送玩偶，很亲切，工作人员态度友善会主动问好。缺点：Level 1停车位太少了，行李多的客人从level 2和3上来非常不方便。硬件设施偏旧，吹风机需要更新换代了。早餐厅工作人员很热情，但服务跟不上，咖啡机没奶也不及时补充，还有会员区域吃完的餐桌都没人收拾。第一天入住后下午电话联系room service要求送的物品到晚上回酒店也没送过来，还是后来在app上重新联系了客服才送过来的。第二天要求送瓶装水也没给，说要前台付费买。事先提出过想延迟退房到下午1点，也没给，说是school holiday期间房态紧张，延迟要加收费用。作为白金会员，比较失望。可以理解school holiday的生意繁忙，但在holiday期间我们作为会员也入住过IHG和Hyatt的酒店，都很友好地分别给了到下午2点和4点的延迟退房。

Your point about bathrobes is completely reasonable, and we’ll review how we can improve consistency there. We truly appreciate your loyalty and the time you took to share such thoughtful feedback. 游泳池的spa熱水池壞了… 從5個月前來就有問題，至今還沒有好。 飯店設施老舊，晚餐餐廳菜色有限又太貴。 早餐12歲的小孩直接收費35澳。 飯店房間內連礦泉水都沒有… 這是一個我不會再來的飯店。
