Absolutely wonderful Resort we stayed in a twin queen room. Many different features to explore in this Resort especially if you have kids and great location if you are into golf with Leura golf club being just across the road. As it was a Sunday there was only one restaurant open however it did have a good variety of choice and the meals were delicious and cocktails also went down very well. Will definitely be booking again.

Still my number 1 pick in the Blue Mountains!! SENSATIONAL!!

In a Word. AWESOME! We had a company offsite up there last week where we had people fly in from all over the world and I just wanted to say how thankful and appreciative we were of all the hard work the entire team put in during our stay. The entire resort facilities were immaculate. No request how big or small went unfulfilled. The team were always smiling, extremely proffessional and went the extra mile for us. We were extremely humbled that the resort manager, Charlie greeted us personally and checked in with us daily to ensure we were enjoying ourselves.  Our global CEO has already said he wants to hold our next offsite at Fairmont Leura and that he will be reccomending it to all of his peers.

Three couples went for 2 nights on a Luxury Escapes deal. The rooms were all with views and we had pre-dinner drinks and breakfast included. Staff were all helpful and polite and all in all, it made for a great social time together, using their extensive lounging areas.

We came purposely early, not to check in but to ensure we got the room we wanted. Upon approaching Hailey there was no smile or anything inviting to stay in your hotel. After my wife was discussing with Hailey our options she seemed very adamant not to be helpful and she was very difficult to deal with as the conversation was happening. Both my wife and I looked at each other and were thinking what have we done to upset someone so much as they don’t want to be flexible or helpful towards our stay and we literally just walked in and got this attitude like a brick wall! I then asked her to speak to a manager of which she fired back with a smirk I’m the manager. After 5 minutes of trying to get her to see the sense in what she was saying she finally gave us the room we initially requested! At this point my wife and I just wanted to go so we can enjoy our day and was told we will get a phone call .. It was my wife’s 40th birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary, we have two teenage boys and it’s extremely hard to find space in our life’s and our boys soccer schedule to enjoy a getaway! We were personally upset about the whole situation especially as we had done absolutely nothing wrong from the get go and that Hailey being a ‘manager’ meant she could and say whatever she wanted and we couldn’t do nothing about it!! Writing this has brought back some anger and anxiety towards the situation and I’m sorry if it’s blunt but it’s what happened and I wish it didn’t!

Massive disappointment

What a dump! This place is old, unloved and in poor condition. Bathrooms are mouldy and the food is just disgusting. One redeeming feature are the staff who are extremely helpful. Would not recommend this property. No doubt they’ll delete this review.
