We stayed here due to consequences from an airline rescheduling. The airline assigned us this hotel with dinner vouchers. The room was of North American size, clean and well appointed. We went to the restaurant. And that is where our experience started to spiral downwards. We were seated by a surly hostess. The even more surly server, (who’s face would have crumbled had she smiled), informed us that our voucher was for up to 35€ and did not include beverages. Fine. The menu offered some reasonable choices at 4star hotel prices. Our talented server swung by the table and dropped (literally) a plate of bread, with the practiced expertise of one who knows exactly the height from which would maintain the integrity of said plate. We made our dinner selections. The food was mediocre at best. I can advise anyone who does not like stretchy pasta to avoid the ravioli. It was either very undercooked or not cooked at all. The cream sauce was tasty though. It had been a miserable day and we decided to have a beverage from the bar. I ordered a double vodka and my husband ordered a single shot of rum with CocaCola. Really we should have declined the drinks upon receiving the bill. It was over 50€. The equivalent of $80 Cdn. Never in my nightmares would I have ever anticipated an exorbitant extortionate price. And like I said previously we should have refused the drinks and left the bar.

It was an immense pleasure to be again a guest at Pullman Roissy, in February. I felt genuinely welcomed by all the beautiful souls I met namely Mr Mahdi & Mrs Nathalie both from Reception. Check-in was done in February and was conducted by a welcoming and smiling staff namely Mrs Nathalie. Check-in went smoothly and was very well organised and managed by Mrs Nathalie. We felt the warmth in her tone of voice. And this made us feel at home. Mrs Nathalie answered a few questions regarding some whereabouts in Paris. She is very knowledgeable. As the information were all precise. Mrs Nathalie is highly professional and I commend her good work and attitude. Mr Mahdi is another very good asset of the hotel. I would say that he is among the best. I wish to highlight Mr Mahdi's high level of professionalism. He is very well trained, for sure, but its in his natural being as well I guess. Mr Mahdi speaks softly and calmly, unlike many other people in all hotels I've been to across the globe. He has a good tone of voice and is a very good listener, just like Mrs Nathalie. A word of appreciation to Mr Erol from the bar, who works passionately and who is very kind. Last but not the least, I would like to highlight the professionalism of Mrs Ndeye, from Reception. Thank you Mrs Ndeye for your great hospitality at check out on the 25th of February. Keep the good work Mr Mahdi, Mrs Nathalie and Mrs Ndeye. You are all setting a very good example by your positive attitude. Regards, Yogesh

剛check-in給我的房間裡面竟然還有人，很傻眼！然後後面的房間比較好。 第二天想去桑拿游泳池，但電梯壞掉，問了好幾位人員才知道怎麼倒-2F。

Nicer than average airport hotel. Smallish rooms but clean, functional and comfortable. Very busy given proximity to CDG . Convenient free shuttle to CDG right across from the hotel. Breakfast was nice but pricey at 30 Euro / person. This seems to be the norm in many hotels unless you get a breakfast inclusive rate.

A perfect stay for a stopover flight at Pullman CDG Airport. A warm welcome from the reception, guiding you through check-in and your questions. This is my second stay since a couple years ago, and choosing its "exclusive suite" is marvellous. Spacious and of course it terrace for a view. I am sure coming back next time.
