I have been a regular guest at this hotel since 2016, and during my recent stay with a business group, we were pleased to notice clear improvements in the overall management and guest experience since the summer. The atmosphere feels more attentive, well-organised, and welcoming. A special mention to Nouhaila at Front of House, whose professionalism and thoughtful assistance ensured our group was well taken care of throughout our stay. Her calm and attentive approach truly reflects high-quality hospitality. I would also like to recognise Majda, the Room Service Manager. Even when several months pass between my visits, she always remembers my preferences and provides service with genuine warmth and consistency. Her ability to make returning guests feel known and valued is exceptional. Both Nouhaila and Majda are real assets to the hotel, and their dedication plays a key role in the positive evolution of the guest experience.
