Good hotel with great location and amenities. Visited multiple times on business visits. Good food and very friendly staff. The food was great specially with the local cuisines from Gujarat. Sleep quality was good. The experience can be improved by looking at the traveler history and allowing unnecessary delays for taking pre authorizations.

The buffet was very well curated with best cuisnes available. Mr. Mintu biwas guided us well and prepared a special pasta for my kid which was not in thd buffet. Excellent service and best person to guide us for the total menu. Must visit again.

Highlights of the hotel - The staffs are courteous and attentive. Room Hygiene is maintained at highest level. Location of the hotel is the main bonus point. Morning Breakfast and Morning Tea is excellent . Our stay was wonderful thanks to staffs Gitali, Lovi ,Nikita ,Gaurav ,radha, neeraj and khushi .

we have been staying in Novotel Ahmedabad for quiet a while now, its not just this time but every time nikita and lovi have always seen to it that our stay is more than comfortable. The Room service also has been always prompt. Highly appreciate.

Very poor service. Staff is very rude even not guide for way. Very bad experience for dining also many other hotels are better than this hotel now. Don't waste your time and money..............................................very bad
