위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 리셉션직원모두 친절하고 특급호텔직원으로서 손색이 없었습니다. 호텔 룸인테리어도 다른 호텔과 차별화 되어있지만, 개인적으로는 맘에 들었습니다. 다음에도 프랑크푸르트를 방문하면 묵을 예정입니다. 로케이션도 너무 좋고 쇼핑과 관광 모두가 좋은 곳입니다.

At Sofitel we all take great pride in providing our guests with the highest standard of service, so I am very sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I would like to sincerely apologize for this. Indeed, the points you raised do not correspond to the standard of service by which we measure ourselves. Please be assured that we have already taken all necessary measures to improve the quality of the services mentioned in the long term.
