Dear Mr K., Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay at Mercure Hotel Kaiserhof Frankfurt City Center. I am truly sorry to read that your experience fell far below both your expectations and our usual standards. Please allow me to sincerely apologize for the condition of the room, the cleanliness, and the service you encountered. What you describe is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of comfort, safety, and hospitality we strive to provide. Your comments about housekeeping, amenities, staff service, and maintenance have been shared immediately with our management team for urgent follow up and corrective action. Regarding the surroundings of the hotel, we understand your concerns. While the area around Frankfurt Central Station can sometimes appear challenging, we are in constant contact with the local authorities to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. We also reinforce security measures inside the hotel itself to provide a safe environment. Your impression of the breakfast, WiFi, and value for money is equally concerning, and we will address these matters with our respective teams to ensure improvements. It saddens us that your experience with Mercure did not match your expectations of the brand.
