A very comfortable and convenient two night stay... The hotel is very centrally located near shops, restaurants, and various amenities, there are 2 supermarkets within moments walking distance. The nightlife is also excellent, turn right or left out of the entrance and your within minutes of the amazing hustle and bustle. There were a few negatives I encountered, upon check in, I had to wait for almost two minutes before someone came out from the back office to serve me, as a Guest Relations Manager for a highly reputable hotel brand myself, I would expect the desk to be manned at all times. The 2 female receptionists were very kind and accommodating. My room was located in a corner on the sixth floor, nice and quiet, perfect size and excellent amenities, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, even a mini fridge, which was a pleasant surprise and very handy - I would suggest implementing hair conditioner in the rooms, luckily, I brought my own. There was male bits of hair in the shower, which I brought to the Front Desk's attention, the room and bathroom were immaculately clean upon my return in the evening - thank you. A wonderful stay, I look forward to returning! 🙂

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in early June. We were returning after a stay in May 2024 when we posted with the title “Excellent All Round”. The hotel maintains all its standards, nothing has changed save that there has been an intake of new staff members. The bar staff remain in post! But elsewhere new people – who appear to be still learning – are evident. Our stay was enjoyable but sometimes a little frustrating.

Highly recommended due to location in Alsancak and proximity to nearby hospital center. Easy reservations online, greeted warmly by hotel team members. Room was clean, quiet and efficient for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent…very pleased with recommendations from front desk team on local barber shop and museums within walking distance. Thanks for a productive stay!

While the hotel is under renovation, you should give your guests the farthest room to keep them away from noise and dust as much as possible. We have stayed many times, it is one of our favorite hotels but they have really ruined it. Maybe it's the indifference and negligence of those working in Turkey.
