O Hotel é extremamente longe do centro. Preparem-se para gastar THB 1200.00 por dia para ir e voltar. O Hotel cobrou diária muito diferentes entre o valor que reservei e o que paguei efetivamente. Paguei duas vezes pelo MyGlass package e pelo café da manhã. Não respeitaram meu status de cliente Gold. Não consegui usar o Welcome drink, ao contrário, paguei pelos 2 drinks selecionados. A única pessoa que se mostrou extremamente solicito foi o garçom Max. Atendimento fantástico. Pena que os demais não seguem o mesmo caminho.

Local agradável com jardins lindos

O hotel é como um santuário, fica a 15 minutos de Chiang Mai num cenário lindo cheio de vegetação e linda decoração. O quarto é bom com banheiro integrado. Vista linda pras montanhas e serviço amável. Uma boa opção pra quem quer ficar perto da cidade, mas fora da confusão.

O hotel é afastado da cidade, custa uns R$60,00 de taxi cada perna. Mas achei excelente opção, pq ele é lindo, super confortável, excelente Spa e restaurante. A piscina é um show e a vista muito bonita. Andamos em volta do hotel e achamos um templo bem local e muito frequentado pelos tailandeses sem turistas.

Sem duvidas um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na vida! Recepção impecável do atendente Tom assim que chegamos. Drink de boas vindas e toalhinha refrescante com cheirinho de lemongrass. A decoração da recepção é linda! Impressiona ao chegar no hotel, mas a noite tudo fica ainda mais bonito! Tudo é muito bem pensado para encantar! Restaurante também é maravilhoso! Jantamos numa cabana privativa, foi excelente! Comida thai maravilhosa! Atendimento impecável. Todos muito solícitos e educados!
