The Barretos Ibis hotel made a good impression immediately with polite cheerful and professional staff. The corridors smelt nice and clean - a good test of any hotel. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I missed was an iron for my clothes.

Standard IBIS Hotel with very helpful staff

I stay here one night. The hotel is located very close to a big street, so easy to reach by car. Don t worry about noises in the hotel from the street, the hotel windows are covered all very good. To downtown you need few minutes by car. The hotel room, was not small and not big. One bed and a flat screen tv, even with English Channel (at least CNN). Also a standard bathroom with shower. Also you can use the fridge, it is very helpful bcs only 5min by foot is a big supermarket. the ibis offers restaurant service. The breakfast has a range, so you will make your choice. The staff may help you with any question and take care about cleanness and refill empty food quick. The Hotel itself is not special, but the staff are really helpful. Start with nice and easy reception and helpful answer and end with quick & clean breakfast service. So usually i would say 3 stars here , but the staff make the stay special and i put one extra star on top.

Took too long on reception and not a single explanation nor a smile to inform what was all that about!! Copying documents.....!!! Incredible!! You need to have receptionists better trained to explain waht is going on while receiving guests.

needs improvments!

nothing was ready as told on reservation. requested extra pillows was delivered without covers. not enough towels at bathroons (3 people and only 2 towels. This is the seconf time i am using this hotel and second time problem at reception.

Somos um hotel de categoria econômica padrão da rede Ibis, apartamentos com bancada de trabalho, armário, TV a cabo, ar condicionado frio e quente, telefone, frigobar desabastecido, banheiro privativo e secador de cabelo. Cofres disponíveis na recepção. Estacionamento e internet wi-fi gratuitos. O hotel conta com um bar 24horas com opções para abastecer o frigobar, bem como sanduiches e pratos rápidos e serviço de lavanderia terceirizado. Os apartamentos são arrumados com os itens padrão da rede Ibis, os itens extras, podem ser retirar na recepção. Entendemos a sua insatisfação, registrou a solicitação em sua reserva, mas chegou ao apartamento não havia a terceira toalha, pode ter ocorrido uma falha operacional no setor, vamos orientar a equipe, pois os apartamentos com cama extra precisam ter 3 toalhas. Somente os apartamentos com cama extra para uma criança até 12 anos, colocamos a 03 toalhas, os demais apartamentos sempre tem 02 toalhas e 3 travesseiros. Seus comentários serão compartilhados com a equipe do setor e vamos buscar melhorias na prestação de serviço. Estamos esperando sua próxima visita! Atenciosamente. For me this is the best hotel in Barretos. It is new, in a quiet location, with very easy access. Close to downtown and the famous Churrascaria Estrela do Sul. When we prefer to have dinner at the hotel, there are delicious soups, among few other options. The dinner options and the care the staff takes in the preparation, are a differential among the Ibis hotels in the country.
