I can not use my breakfast

Everything was good , but no breakfast. While checking I ve been told, thT breakfast next morning will take place In Novotel next door, so I have to go there. Next morning I did, but Novotel sent me back to Ibis, I don't like to have this push- pull game , so I didn't have breakfast at all for all of those days

There was no water in the room. To drink water I need to go out of room for 2-3 times. There was no kettle and tea. Nowadays even at the cheapest hostel you can find kettle tea and water.

We are very sorry that the service offered did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comments, we would like to note that the Ibis is an economy brand and offers fairly simple rooms in the very center of the city at an affordable price. Ibis brand standards require a limited number of room amenities necessary for a comfortable stay of the guest. The absence of a kettle and tea is also due to brand standards. That is why purifiers are installed on each floor, providing round-the-clock access to hot and cold water for guests. We would also like to clarify that the hotel offers Premium rooms, where the room includes an expanded set of cosmetic accessories, a bathrobe, bottled water, a kettle, tea pairs, as well as tea and coffee. Information about room configurations and services is presented on the website and can be viewed when choosing a room. Look forward to serving you again.
