Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the room setup and the overall experience during your recent stay. Please know that this is not the level of service we strive to provide. You booked a One Bedroom Apartment, and we did provide the correct room type as reserved. However, we understand that the bedding configuration in the bedroom did not meet your expectations. Our apartments come with varying setups — some with double beds, others with twin beds — and while we do our best to accommodate specific preferences, we regret that due to high demand that weekend and the popularity of your chosen room type, we were unable to allocate a One Bedroom Apartment with a double bed. At checkout, our team member extended a sincere apology and offered a discount for your next stay — an offer you kindly accepted and which was confirmed by email. Additionally, we offered complimentary drinks and snacks as a gesture of goodwill, which you chose to decline — a choice we fully respect. Please rest assured there was no intention to cause offense. Our goal was to make amends and offer solutions under the circumstances, even if they didn’t fully resolve your frustration. Our team made every effort to support you during your stay.
