Traveling to many hotels in different countries, as platinum member Accor I got well recognized throughout stay and benefits at Pullman Doha 5days 4 nights, Bravo to Front office team everyone from Pooh who is sweetest check me in smoothly with room upgrade, ouday operator who always recognizes my voice when I called from outside, to hotel and offer assistance. he didn’t hesitate to extending help by himself without just transfer the call to “concerned department “warm welcome and nothing seems too much for the team very helpful front desk Hamza and Yassin extended my late c out with positive attitude and good conversation, duty manager Mr Yassin is friendly and professional thank you for check on my son and if everything ok, thanks Jacob for always smile and greetings every guest with happy vibes in lobby, gentriac and Roumaissa . Food is amazing high quality Payan from room service is also giving us impressive when he take our order he is very happy to assist. I don’t remember the male staff at the bar as well he is so helpful to charge my phone and recommendation cross sell another outlet.I don’t know why all the staffs here are very happy but it made everyday staying at Pullman amazing is not just the nice room but the hospitality here. It’s different Great customer service. Will definitely come back to stay here again ❤️
