Exceptional Service at La Cigale – A Special Thanks to Ahmed Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I am writing this review specifically to commend Ahmed from Sri Lanka, whose outstanding service during my stay at La Cigale Restaurant made a wonderful trip truly memorable. I am a guest staying in room 221. From the moment I was seated, Ahmed’s professionalism and warm, genuine hospitality were evident. He possesses a remarkable ability to be attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance that makes a guest feel both well-cared for and relaxed. What set Ahmed apart was his anticipatory service. He remembered my preference for a table with a view after my first visit, and on subsequent evenings, he would kindly inquire if I’d like “my usual spot.” His knowledge of the menu was superb; his recommendation of the [mention a specific dish he recommended, e.g., grilled sea bass] was spot-on and has become my new favourite. Beyond efficiency, it was his personal touch that was most impressive. He greeted me by my name each evening, asked about my day’s explorations in a sincerely interested manner, and shared a charming insight about a dessert’s connection to his home in Sri Lanka. This created a welcoming and personal atmosphere that is rare to find. Ahmed is a true asset to La Cigale. His dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect incredibly well on the establishment. He didn’t just serve meals; he crafted a delightful and consistent dining experience that was a highlight of my stay. Thank you, Ahmed, for your exceptional service. I look forward to dining under your care again on my next visit.

The ambience was very calming. The place is very clean. Al Amin, our attendant was very approachable and very accomodating. Will surely come back with our friends. My husband and I enjoyed our date ❣️
