Nice hotel, very comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. We very liked the fresh orange juice. Just few steps from the Alesia metro station. We will happy to return here. Hotel staff members at the reception were exceptional, all of them.

it s for the second time I stayed at Ibis Styles Alesia. this time I had a cozy, small room with single bed. The reception personnel was nice, they took into consideration my request for a quite room (even if not on a high floor) and they informed the housekeeping to have the room done before noon on Sunday. I also liked the fact that the room had a heater. I liked the permament coffee and tea in the lobby. the breakfast was good enough.

Nice Hotel near the Denfert Rochereau Station. The Room are quite small in comparison with other from the Club Accor. I wanted to make the check out later but it was mentioned not possible, although it seems it could. Very nice breakfast. Very good attending personal. For any reason even with mention at the door for no disturbing, twice personal from the Hotel knocked at the Room´s door. The Room is very clean. The bed very confortable for resting. The Wlan internet functions quickly and without interruptions. Very well located for shopping, restaurants and markets. Quite expensive for the ones that have reservations for more then one night.

Our Hotel's room was small but this is not weird in Paris where the flats are small as well. Furthermore the room was tidy and well cleaned. I can suggest for everyone who looking for a place where he/she wants to sleep well because the bed and pillow, quilt were perfect. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

Good budget hotel

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance (~5mins) from Alesia metro (Line 4 - the main North/south axis line through Paris); it's a little further from Pernety (Line 13). The rooms are small with good sized - and comfortable - double beds and with reasonably sized shower/wc en-suites. A good sized flat screen TV is provided, but there is no comfortable chair to watch it in and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The hotel provides a small bar area and a separate room for breakfast where a simple cold spread is provided. The staff are very pleasant and always keen to help, but - as with other hotels - I had an issue with the timing of the cleaning of my room. I am always keen to use the 'Please clean my room' card in the belief that I am helping the cleaners by letting them know when they have free access to my room, but also to prompt them to give my room some priority. On one morning, I put the card on my door handle at 9.00am, only to find the room still not cleaned when I returned 6 hours later at 3.00pm. If the hotel pays no attention to these cards, then why are they provided? But please let me repeat: this is not just an issue with this hotel, I have encountered exactly the same in other hotel chains under the Accor Hotels umbrella.

The rooms were very small, but a good value for the price. The air conditioning was broken and it was hitting high eighties the week we were there. They gave us a large fan which helped considerably. Nice staff. Generous complimentary breakfast. A short walk to the metro.

4인가족이라서 커넥션룸으로 2개를 이용했는데 실내에서 연결이 아닌 룸과 룸이 마주보고있어 조금 당황했어요. 룸의 크기가 너무 작아서 조금 불편했지만 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 깨끗했고 직원들도 매우 친절했고 좋았어요.

The room was very small, but equipped with standard facilities. The location was very good (close to Paris Alésia). The service was not very good (the light bulb which fused was not replaced even after reporting at the reception). Overall average but OK for the price.

Worst experience ever in the whole AccorHotel World

Please note that I already wrote to the Director on 17th of January, without any feedback as of today (28th of January). I am staying in AccorGroup Hotels all over Asia more than 60 nights yearly in branches going from Ibis to Sofitel through Novotel. As of today, the stay in your hotel has been the worst one ever in my whole AccorHotel experience: - No desk in the room that pushed me to work on the bed, half broken. - Breakfast lady who talks to the customers like 5years-old kids. - No elevator on my stay, I had to take 2*23kg luggage’s to the third floor. For the same price, I had the alternative to go to a ‘Normal’ Ibis 200meters away in the same street with much higher level of service and access to a Parking (which is in Paris a luxe!) I didn’t see the difference between this ‘Ibis Style’ and a normal Ibis Hotel, I would even rate it at the level of an Ibis budget if it wasn’t for the free bottle of Evian and 3 sweets at my arrival. We have been Paris for Honeymoon. Before staying this hotel, I had some questionmarks on my brain. My stay in this hotel was almost great. Unlike said, everyday the staff of hotel changed towels and bed linings and also cleaned up room well. The staff were also treated kindly, respectly and debonairly. If I mention about the location of hotel, I can say amazing. It is so near to metro station of Alesia and you can reach anywhere in Paris via this station with a couple of change. If we visit Paris again, we would like stay again. The only bed thing in our trip was electricity broken when we were in elevator. The staff does NOT trained for this unexpected situation. We waited in elevator approximately half an hour. They could not do anything for rescue us. By electricity turn, we get off elevator. I think and advise you the staff should be trained for these types of emergency cases.

This hotel has a very good location, just 20 minutes by underground from the city center. Staff is welcoming and helpful, cleaning has been carrying out every day. The room size is small, but the price is bigger than in same level hotels

The location is great as Alesia is one of our favourite quartier in Paris. The hotel is well run, a good welcome. The room is functional, on the small side but everything is working well. Very quiet at night, a good space downstairs for a late drink. Breakfast is included and offers all that we want to start a good happy day.

Extremely tiny room

Overall, the staying experience was poor, especially because of the extremely tiny room: the room was completely occupied by the bed and it was really hard to move around the room and even opening the luggage. No real desk and wardrobe are provided. The room does not even have a safety box, which in a modern city hotel should always be present. Concerning the bathroom (if we can call bathroom a very tiny corner where it was also hard to seat on the toilet bowl - and I am not a tall person), having a shower implied to flood the bathroom, since there is no glass door protecting the shower box. The sleeping experience was also poor due to the noise of the air conditioning system even when turned off (the Staff said that they could not do anything about that). Concerning the customer orientation, I remember that, as soon as I arrived, the Staff replied with a laugh to my question about which were the benefits that my gold status accor granted me during the staying. Very unprofessional behaviour, I would say. Last but not least, the elevator was out of service for three days and I risked to fall several times over several days in the really narrow stairs that were the only option to get to the higher floors of the building. To resume: Pros: very clean structure Cons: overall, low value for money; super tiny room with even tinier bathroom - it was impossible to move around the room in two people; poor Accor status customer orientation; elevator out of service for 3 days

Staffs were very kind. When I was staying, elevator was brkoen so we were very inconvient during all 3days.Room was little bit tiny. We had breakfast at down stair there is no elevator. The metro station is not close but bus staion is close.

Very small room with no space for clothes or suitcases larger than a small shopping bag. Breakfast was from 7-11 in weekends and until 10 on week days. But around 9.00 the staff stopped filling up empty bread baskets and therefore only crumbs were left for those planning for at late breakfast.

The bath room of Single room is too small and so for the toilet to take shower inside and set probably for an Asian of weight 100kg man. It is obvious the mistake of design. No help! Use basemen toilet.
