Stayed here for one night on a last minute trip for my birthday to Paris, as the price of the hotel for the night was decent, I didn’t expect this hotel to be anything fancy but when I walked in I was shocked. ( we stayed Sunday -Monday). The hotel is absolutely huge, modern, clean and has everything you could need- room service, gym, rooftop bar! The hotel staff were ever so friendly and actually upgraded our room due to it being my birthday! The room was absolutely stunning and the shower was unreal! There is a massive car park opposite the hotel, it is pricey though. Overall, I had a lovely stay here and will definitely be coming back!

Choose this hotel for its location and being part of Accor and did not disappoint. Given a room in the 29th floor, excellent views of the city. Room clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Arrived at 12pm check in is at 3pm wanted 89 euro for an early check in and only wanted to secure bags in room - left with concierge and returned about 9pm.

I have to say are stay here was amazing I was planning my proposal and I had help from Charlotte, fernando, Sarah and juan And they made it extra special and it was amazing I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, it’s really worth it…. Everything was a 10/10

The room was lovely and the concierge staff setup the room for Valentines as per my request so very much appreciated for that. Would have been nice to be able to reduce the temperature in the room. It was an analogue dial and after setting to the minimum the room was still quite warm. Wasn't at all happy with check-in as they stated I had only paid for 1 night when I paid for 3 nights which is a bit odd but this was resolved with Lastminute I believe as it wasn't booked directly with the hotel. Didn't get a chance to visit the Skybar as it was always fully booked during the stay and noticed that they prioritise non-residents over residents so it's basically open to the general public which I think is wrong. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was to experience the view from the Skybar and didn't even get a chance to do that. Make sure you book in advance if you want access. Upon checking out an attempt to recharge my debit card for the remaining 2 nights was initiated. Spoke to them about this and they said it was an error on the system. Until this day attempts are still being made and luckily I blocked the transaction.

Service was second to none and the hotel was gorgeous

The hotel is beautiful and all staff were really friendly and helpful, one member of staff in particular went above and beyond I didn’t catch his name but a note left in my room was signed “Christ”. Not only did he organise balloons to be put in my room but kept it secret from me (whilst communicating with my girlfriend) he was helpful in every-way and always sure to greet us with a smile. Exceptional service and a lovely hotel!
