No hot water in the shower

I didn't have hot water and they showed no interest in solving the problem, this problem happened with several people. They didn't clean the room regularly

This place is an embarrassment to the word hotel! I made the mistake of taking the association of this brand with the Accor group for granted. The facilities, & more importantly, the service don't come anywhere close to that of a star property. The shared washrooms are just 6 per floor with 25 rooms!! These washrooms do not have a handwash or a dustbin, leaving the toilet clogged. And if you decide to take a shower late at night, expect there to be no shower gel. The rooms have just enough space to move around in the room. Come with any more than 2 suitcases, and then there's no difference between this and an overcrowded store room. The hotel claims that there is a cooling ventilation system, which clearly doesn't work, & we had to sleep with the windows open only to be awake until all the noises from traffic and drunkards yelling stopped. To top this all up, on bringing these concerns at the reception to Gomez (who refused to give his full name, despite asking for this), instead of being empathetic, he has the discourtesy of being unhelpful/unsupportive. And if this was not enough, he has the disrespect to step out of the reception and approach me with aggression (this is all captured on the camera on the night of 4th June at around 9:45). Such an unpleasant experience!! I'm surprised how this property with such a "care a damn" attitude even has a positive rating.

Good base to explore Paris at a decent price.

Great place to use as base to explore Paris. Metro station within a ten minute walk and a decent choice of restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was very small but since we only used it as a place to sleep it was ideal for us. Would definitely stay here again (and we will if possible next time we visit Paris), would recommend to a friend.

A renovated workers' hostel

This is a workers' hostel or one for backpackers and it effectively serves its intended purpose. It would not suit all travelers. It is better suited as a workforce accommodation. During our stay it was under renovations - the adjacent picture is post renovation. We chose it for its proximity to the Orly Airport and hence was ideal for our travel plans.
