Most of my stay was up to the mark. However, some improvement points were: 1. Windows was leaking. However, staff arranged the new room quickly. 2. I reviewed my receipt in the evening to ensure that in the morning, my checkout would be smooth and quick. I provided clear instruction how the receipt format I wanted. However, in the morning, my prepared receipt disappeared. I need to wait another 10 minutes for the payment and receipt process.
