Perfect hotel for concerts and events at Impact Arena and Challenger Halls!

We stayed at the Novotel Impact while attending a concert, and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the Impact Arena and halls, so we could easily avoid all the traffic before and after the show. The indoor pool is temperature-controlled and a great size, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. Special thanks to Jacky at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly deserves a raise! New at the restaurant was also very kind and attentive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, highly recommended if you’re attending any event at Impact.

Very nice and spacious. Good food. Just across the Impact Arena. Near outlet stores too. Reception area is so nice and clean

when we first arrived, the male receptionist (i forgot to ask for his name) greeted us with a smile and that made us feel so welcomed. he even asked us if we were gonna attend a concert at Impact Arena and proceeded to brief us on how we could get ourselves to the venue. the room was very modern looking, spacious and clean. i'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will be attending concerts at Impact Arena or Thunderdome!

Near Concert Venue

Very near to Impact Arena so it was easy for us as we had a concert to attend to. The room was very spacious. There was a problem with our room but the housekeeper came as soon as we finished calling the receptionist! The restaurant also served really delicious and amazing foods! Very recommended for concert goers as there are multiple concert venues around the hotel!!
