I had a very pleasant stay with a truly friendly and warm welcome. The location is within walking distance to the city center, which made everything very convenient. I definitely felt that I got great value for what I paid. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

На входе встретила грубая девушка (вечер 10.01.2026) - «уверены ли вы, что вам в этот отель?» Да, рядом есть второй ибис, но встречать гостей таким вопросом довольно странно. Я часто останавливаюсь в Ибис, у нас был самый базовый номер, но в этом отеле они дошли до крайности - гостей лишили просто всего, что можно, голые стены за 130 евро за ночь. Бумажный стаканчик в ванной - это не экологично , это грустно. В других ибис например в номере есть кувшин с водой, чтобы набрать ее в коридоре - здесь конечно нет. Два крючка в ванной для одежды, которые висят в углу в душе. Грязное постельное белье. Отношение к гостям - унизительное , пока не планирую больше пользоваться отелями сети , хотя и понимаю, что отели разные.

I was quite happy with my one-night stay at this hotel. For the brand and level, it fully met expectations, and the location is very good for getting out and seeing the city. The staff with whom I dealt were all professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable and of a reasonable size; above the standard that I was expecting. I was travelling with my dog and was provided with a welcome pack for her. I did not take the breakfast, but I did use the room service option for dinner. Considering that it is outsourced and so takes a bit longer to arrive, the meal was good although it could’ve been a bit warmer. If you prefer to go out, there are many restaurants in close proximity. If you are travelling by car, and you have reserved a place, the hotel parking entrance is immediately to the right of the hotel entrance itself. If you’re not used to driving in confined spaces, you may be a bit nervous, as parking involves driving into a lift, dropping a couple of stories, and then manoeuvering in a small garage. The hotel staff will help you with this. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine service available on the ground floor.

Clean, reasonably priced, lovely staff, great location!

I loved my stay. While friends were paying 5x the rate to be a block away this offered a reasonable price in clean, spacious rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are very wine friendly- having wine themed rooms, a wine tasting room that myself and friends (from the fancy hotel that wouldn't provide cups and wouldn't allow bottles anywhere on their roof) a place to do some tasting. There is wine on tap in the lobby - a bit pricey, but available 24h. Only downside was the view. See picture. Otherwise a fridge was there, desk for work, and a big washroom with shower. No amenites like a pool or gym unfortunately.

Stayed at the excellent hotel for 3 nights from Saturday. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and staff are more than helpful. The location could not be better for exploring, everything is in walking distance to amazing bars, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean, functional with good air conditioning, a modern fridge and great black out curtains. For a City Centre hotel I slept very well and was not once woken up by any outside noise or guests. Bravo to all the team at this hotel for making our stay in Madid even more special. Would definitely stay here again and even checked out prices for Christmas 2025 for a return visit :-)
