Отель ibis Styles Мадрид Прадо 3 звезды

Фактически паркинг отсутствует, в паркинг отеля не пустили, пришлось парковаться на паркинге на соседней площади. Бесплатная вода в номере отсутствует. Был предложен бесплатный апгрейд до уровня suite, предоставленный номер был обычного размере. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые.

Все очень бюджетно. Экономия во всем - в наполнении туалетными принадлежностями ванной комнаты, в мини-баре две одинокие бутылочки воды, не дают халатов и тапочек (хотя обещаны! но экономят.........) Полное отсутствие крючков для полотенец в ванной ..... полотенца должны лежать на табуреточке друг на друге :))))).... смешно, но шеточки для смыва туалета тоже не ставят.... странно это все.... Теперь о номере - он больше, чем обычно бывает в IBIS в других странах (сравниваем с Бельгией и Великобританией). Нет тотально русскоязычных каналов на ТВ!!!! Полное безобразие!!!!! Завтрак обычно обильный в системе IBIS в этом отеле скуден как монастырская трапеза!!!! Очень это не понравилось!!! Экономят на всем!!!! Хотя за 4 дня за два номера содрали с нас 2000 евро!!!!!!!!!! Наверное испанская мафия дествует.... Кстати о мафии - при заезде в отель у жены за 12 секунд украли дорогую дамскую сумку с карточками и телефоном мобильным при оформлении на ресепшн... Никого из охраны в холле гостиницы не было, охранник появился только на следующий день после инцидента... Экономили в очередной раз... Пропарковку в отеле - забудьте! Она для видимости значится в услугах.... не функционирует! Просто для поднятия статуса отеля..:)))) НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!

First trip into Spain brings me to Madrid. Choosing Ibis Styles comes as a natural choice as I’ve always enjoy my stay in Accor Hotels. Proximity to eateries and transportation network makes it a wonderful location!

We can really recommend this hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. It is wonderfully located very close to all attractions. When our son and friends arrived 2 days later they got rooms on the same flor.

Местоположение великолепно, номер с балконом с видом на черепичные крыши Мадрида прекрасен! Персонал замечательный.

Что понравилось абсолютно: персонал, который очень любезен и доброжелателен. Отличные завтраки с испанским колоритом, разнообразные, с множеством фруктов и превосходной выпечкой. Кстати, кофе тоже отменное. Превосходная локация в историческом центре Мадрида, в шаговой доступности от метро и главных достопримечательностей. Что вызвало недоумение: окна в комнатах выходят непонятно куда. Хотелось, чтобы было больше номеров с видом на улицу.

excellent hotel, good price,very helpfull staff, good location. we stayed in this hotel for 5 days. very nice and clean hotel. beautiful rooms . great breakfast, great choice every morning. the location is excellent to visit the most attractions. we did everything by foot.

Красивый, чистый отель в центре города. Рядом все основные достопримечательности. Но есть два минуса: плохая звукоизоляция номеров и фен для волос, который быстро перегревается.

Nice people, for the price decent reception and public areas. Good breakfast. Rooms were badly smelling , one not acceptable. Never ending discussion with the staff, finally room change the other day. Rooms definately need clean up and refurbishment.

Hotel location is very convinient to go around hotel staff was very nice and helpful breakfast buffet was good enough The room was super small but i was aware of this from the photos seen before. The room did not have any window which could be kept open so sometimes it was a bit hot inside the room. But for the price it was good enough

The Ibis Style on Calle Prado is the perfect location to enjoy a Christmas stroll in the center of the city. It is full of season spirit. We are always looking forward to visit Madrid no matter the time of the year

The staff were very helpful and friendly staff. This is a good location and only cost 30 Euro in a taxi from the airport. Good location or local bars and restaurants. Try Casa Pueblo just across the street

The hotel is set in a quiet street very close to the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums. Several good restaurants nearby and in Plaza de Santa Ana. Rooms are basic but very clean with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, located only 3 blocks from the Thyssen museum and a quick 1/2 mile walk to the Prado or the Puerta del Sol and less than a mile to the Palacio Real. We sadly had been theft victims in the Barcelona Metro, so we spent a great deal of our Madrid time amassing the paperwork needed to replace a stolen "green card." The front desk staff were outstanding! They helped with secure online connections, printing and copying documents, all with a smile, even when we were most frazzled! Kudos especially to Aitana, Carmen, Begona, and Isabel: we couldn't have done it without you!Our room was large, quiet (facing toward a very quiet rear street), spotless, with good wifi and a fridge. Breakfast included meats and cheeses, pastries, and fresh fruit; a good start to busy days trekking back and forth to the US Consulate. There are lots of cafes, tapas bars and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk from the hotel. We can heartily recommend Restaurante La Finca de Susana about a 3-block walk away: we enjoyed our first dinner so much that we ate there 3 nights in a row! If we return to Madrid, we will definitely stay at the Ibis Styles Madrid Prado!
