Wir hatten das neue Nest-Zimmer. Im Badezimmer war ein großer Schimmelfleck in der Dusche. Generell war es nicht so sauber. Die Ausstattung des neuen Zimmers ist sein Geld nicht wert.

Preis Leistung war ganz gut, Frühstück lohnt sich allerdings nicht unbedingt. Abfluss in der Dusche hat sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut an den Flughafen angebunden, Heathrow erreicht man ohne einen Umstieg. Die Zimmer sind sehr K. (wir waren im triple room), sodass man sehr gut lüften muss, da sich Feuchtigkeit sehr schnell staut. Unsere Zimmerlage war recht ruhig, die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Wir würden das ibis budget wieder für einen Kurztrip buchen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Tube Stationen: Aldgate (East Circle) Line und Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line), mit dem Stansted Express ist es in einer Stunde erreichbar, und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind dank der Anbindung an die beiden U-Bahn-Stationen schnell zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und wirkt etwas heruntergekommen; Frauen sollten sich nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nur in Gruppen bewegen. In der Brick Lane befinden sich in Laufnähe zahlreiche Restaurants und Clubs. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist einfach sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet – es handelt sich schließlich um ein Ibis Budget.
