Shocking, don't do it! They tried to charge us and another family twice. The receptionist seems to be running a scam. I got locked out my room as they disabled my codes. The reception was closed and was unable to access my possesions. I ended up in a room that hadn't been cleaned and had to sleep there without my suitcase. Receptionist didn't care, he just wanted more money. Avoid avoid avoid! Worse experience I've ever had in any hotel.

Terrible. We paid upfront and with the check-in machine we again had to show our creditcard but as no staff available, we did as we thought if was deposit. Once the receptionist was available, we told him and he said we could ignore the action of the machine and that nothing would be debited. The next day, our account was debited and when we told the same receptionist and asked to cancel the payment he said he couldn´t do anything and we had to send a mail. So we did - but no reaction or reimbursement at all. For the rest very mediocre: poor breakfast, not enough pillows and towels, lights not working. On the positive side: Close to parking and walking distance city center. So I hope at Accor (headquarter) they have the decency to handle this correctly.

This is the WORST hotel I have even been to. - BED BUGS - POOP stains under the table with hairs sticking to it -shower floor never cleaned - dirt everywhere -drug users outside of hotel -cigarette buds in the sink We rushed out from there the same night and will fight for a refund and report this place to health inspectors. Im afraid theres a risk to get diseases there!

Painful check-in. No one on reception when we arrived. Parked in the nearest car park that had a sign for the hotel but it was empty! Went to town until 3pm to check in but us and another family had to wait outside as we didn't have a code to get in and the people inside didn't open the door for us! Once in the family in front of us took 15 minutes to get checked in! Man on reception wanted us to pay again then he realised we had already paid! Room was warm and clean. Shower was inside the room more like you get in a caravan. Pillows were flat but got two more from reception. No tea/coffee in the room. There is a machine in reception but it wasn't great. Location was excellent to the centre of town. We did have to move our car as the car park near the hotel was closed not that you could tell as the shutters were open. We did have a problem getting out as one of the workers kept telling us not to park in here again!! Don't worry we won't ever be back! Breakfast felt like a truckers cafe but the food we had roll. cheese. cereal was good. I also lost my driving licence here I think. Tried to call and the number said incorrect. Tried the main number for Ibis and they put me through to the hotel but again the number didn't work so who knows. No one has been in touch with me. Overall great location and room fine for a night. Communication very poor and confusing. Front desk should be manned all day.

We stayed at the hotel for 16 nights, everything was very cozy, in a great location in the very center of the city. Special thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and help!! Wery recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget hotel in the center!
