Hi, i hope you are doing well, For me was excellent stay, I came to the ibis hotel with out reservation, reception staff was Mr Bassam, was so polite and very helpful, made a reservation for me with avery short time and gave the room key, I do appreciate his help and his professionalism. Room was very good, clean,room service and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in the ibis hotel

Everything was good except that water from shower area would overflow to the dry areas around the commode and the underneath the sink. I found only this part annoying.

The hotel in general is clean however the room is small and this is normal for such business hotel type. But the pillow was not comfortable and inside the room space is not enough to manage your staff in convienet way. Breakfast was fine. Also, what I didn't like that you can't ask for water, tea and coffee bags refill and it is mentioned in the rules; which is not looking nice for international brand hotel.

The room key its really required right attention. I booked one room for one night and I asked to reprogrammed my room key three times by reception . Also the toilet not clean

reciption and all room service staf were very kind, food quality is good. but the bes and pillow`s cover was dirty and the bed cover ( quilt) material is very cheap and very bad, I was not able to understand how a hotel like Ibis accepted such bad materials to use. over all the hotel staff are very kind, but for a cusomer seeking for clean place it is the top priority. please make sure to replace such
