The stay was amazing, staff were very cooperative I liked it so much, I didn't try the pool but saw it, rooms are comfortable, manager and reception staff are very welcoming and kind parking is available

I have sent several comments through the reception in regard to the HVAC system - highly noise. Despite I have changed several rooms during the last few months , still the HVAC sound almost in all rooms is . The staff is very friendly and the other services are goods.

I was in the 4th floor in the beginning. There was no Internet..even after complaining nothing was done to correct the issue .After I changed room to 2nd floor to get the connectivity

getting tight on things like second towel and extra pillow etc. to make stay more comfortable if you shower at night you have wet towel for morning and shouldn't have to ring room service for a second towel? Little things like that coming in now which is not good.

One of the worst hotel you can ever stay, room service are not up to the hotel standards, non smoking area is full of smoking smell. Wifi is not connected at all the time.

it was horrible stay, we kept waiting at reception from two hours 9 pm to 11 pm for room allocation. booking done earlier day and confirmed reservation. housekeeping and reception not lifting the phone, no cleaning done next day. we shifted to another hotel very next day. i have stayed in this hotel more than one month continuous stay with rate of daily charge. not expected such poor service. now not staying in this hotel for ever ..
