Pretty clean and fresh budget hotel in the most central part of western Berlin. Helpful and kind staff. A lot of breakfast restaurants nearby. Very close to metro station with good connections. Kurfürstendamm and Gedächtnischkirche on walking distance. We booked two rooms for two adults and three children and were given rooms on different floors. Small but functional rooms.

Returning to this hotel after 5 years and once again, a very satisfying stay. Rooms have been recently overhauled and the new decor was nice and fresh. Very functional hotel close to Kudaam and you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Always happy to book here.

Worst stay experience. The air conditioning was not working, and the hotel staff didn’t care. Escalated twice but no help. Out of suffocation and inadequate sleep has to check out a day earlier. I could see other travelers also having AC issue in their rooms.
