The internet on floors 2-3 was very poor meanly working in the morning but not in the evening when we returned to the room ☹ In the shower, there was mold, The corridor was not clear The back of the bed was not clean or even damaged Well its defiantly not the quality you expect from a 5* hotel!

A business hotel that did not have working Internet access / wifi. For a business traveller Internet access is a basic requirement. At the time of writing this the hotel has been without internet for 4 day. Numerous polite complaints to the hotel by myself and my colleagues were met by an aggressive response by management that somehow inferred we were putting an imposition on them. The internet outage aside - customer service was lacking in dealing with the issue

Perfectly located near the shopping centers and brands shops. Modern hotel with artistic touches, very clean! Nice bar & restaurant with very switched-on Team, reception and bellman also very helpful Will definitely come back!

Ensure that your room is in the hotel building and not in the neighbouring building!

We booked a room and a ”deluxe suite” to our extended family to ensure that we had a nice room and views for the new year. Unfortunately, the rooms were a huge disappointment. We would never have booked rooms in a separate small building, approximately 100 m from the hotel, facing the other side of the block. Worst of all, our rooms are not even on the same floor. The only way to get to our rooms from the reception is through a lengthy underground tunnel, passing by toilets, spa, swimming pool and using two elevators. The tunnel even includes stairs. Worst of all, the ”deluxe suite” is located in the first floor, partially UNDERGROUND!! We reserved for and paid for a suite in a good class hotel - what we received is simply not what we paid for. We booked the rooms through the hotel website and are members in AllAccor so there are regular excuses why our rooms are as they are. All in all, the hotel should not sell these rooms as normal rooms and, especially, as a ”deluxe suite” which this clearly is not. Otherwise, the hotel seems nice, service is good and the breakfast especially was impressive. Unfortunately, it seems that we are not even staying in the hotel. It will be also be difficult for the grandparents in their 70s to carry their suitcases from here to the reception!

Charged Twice and stitt no refund

My daughter in law booked and paid for 2 rooms but the hotel charged me for the 3 night stay again after our departure and even after I have mailed and sent them proof of the charge I have had no response from them and it has changed my whole memory of my visit
