Excellent Hotel - very well located

We stayed for the first time in Montauban. The hotel was just off the motorway and well located near to the town centre. The restaurant at the adjoining Ibis did excellent really good value for money food. We would definitely stay here again

The advantage of Accor group hotels is that they are near motorways and are therefore very handy for travellers. This location is no different , easy to find very close to motorway yet no noise from traffic interferes with your stay. In this case an outdoor pool allows the weary traveller to relax and have a swim and poolside drink. The room was clean and provided the amenities required but there was one drawback. That was the lack of restaurant facilities. There is a restaurant on site but the dinning choices were extremely limited. In this case we had to go into Montauban for a restaurant but due to a carnival or festival the town was pack with limited parking . We eventually found a suitable restaurant but it did take some time. Despite this minimal hassle I would recommend this hotel for the traveller, Staff very friendly and helpful, Room clean and comfortable. Does what it said on the tin so to speak. We used this hotel as a stop over on our way back to the ferryfollowing a driving holiday in Spain

The room and service are super basic; a notch below what you would expect at a Super 8 or Motel 6 in the US. The front desk was staffed only during the standard check-in time with an ATM-style machine for check-in outside of that window. Also no keys for the doors but rather a code to get into your room. All in all it felt very bare bones for the price to someone more accustomed to American style limited service chains.

My family and I had to go to a funeral at Montauban. very sad obviously. The accommodation we had was excellent, the service was very good . For s budget hotel we could not have asked for more. Clean comfortable rooms. Plenty to eat at breakfast. The Ibis next door was not a budget but we could have evening meal there, they too were excellent., as was the food. If all Ibis are the same I fully recommend them

Perfectly clean and cheap. Excellent situation in the way from Toulouse to Paris (just leaving the highway (50 mts). Good offer 50% discount for extra room for kids. Enought for us just to overnight. I recomend it.
