I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. In regards to your late checkout I would like to apologise that we were not able to accommodate the time of 4pm. I understand you had requested this at your time of booking and are a valued member of Accor, however due to our fluctuating availability we are not able to guarantee this service in advance. I can see you were able to stay in your room until 3pm, I would once again like to apologise that this service did not meet your expectation.
