Avevo soggiornato in tanti altri Novotel e mi sono trovato bene per silenziosità della camera posizione e colazione. ho trovato la mia camera 916 sporca la moquette i cuscini e il bagno con imperfezioni che non mi hanno dato il senso di cura e attenzione a cui ero abituato

Ottime le aree comuni, meno le stanze, in particolare il bagno e la doccia dove si presentavano incrostazioni di calcare, mattonelle e piatto doccia con pulizia da migliorare. Buona la posizione e ben collegata. Fermate metro e bus sotto l'hotel.

Posizione ideale, sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi: con mezz'ora di cammino si raggiungono Big Ben, Trafalgar o Torre di Londra. La Tate Modern, il Globe o il Borough Market sono a pochissimi minuti di cammino. Ogni angolo di Londra è facilmente a portata di mano. Il quartiere è bello, moderno, lo Shard è un vista da alcune camere e appena fuori si vedono svettare i grattacieli in prossimità del ponte di Blackfriars. Intorno ci sono vari locali dove mangiare. L'albergo è molto accogliente e le camere confortevoli, pulite quotidianamente. La colazione è abbondante e con vasta scelta a buffet, in particolare l'english breakfast ci è piaciuta molto, cucinata da cuochi sul momento. La piscina, a cui si accede su prenotazione, è piccola ma molto piacevole e ben tenuta, con anche angolo idromassaggio e sauna. Il personale è preparato, gentile, molto disponibile tutto il giorno. Un grazie speciale a Rosa, Giuseppe ed ad una terza collega (mi sfugge adesso il nome, pardon!), che parlando italiano con noi ci hanno ancor più fatto sentire a casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo volentieri.

L'hotel è situato nelle vicinanze della metro e questo offre la possibilità di muoversi senza problemi. La camera non era particolarmente grande ma confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che l'acqua, in camera, venisse offerta per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Colazione valida, anche se, per un italiano, può risultare carente la parte dolce. Comoda la postazione all'interno dell' hotel per prenotare Uber. Piscina usufruibile su prenotazione (per un'ora). Personale gentile e professionale.
