We’re glad to hear you appreciated the location, the developing and clean surroundings, and the warm welcome from our reception team—especially the multilingual support, which we’re happy to offer whenever possible. We’re also pleased that you found the bathroom spacious and the shower bright and well-designed. However, we’re truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations, particularly regarding the room’s window, maintenance details, and housekeeping standards. Your comments about cleanliness and the condition of the carpet are especially concerning, and we’ve already shared them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and improvement. We understand that a comfortable and well-kept room is essential to a pleasant stay, and we regret that we fell short in this area.
