Come da oggetto abbiamo avuto la spiacevole sorpresa al nostro rientro in camera di vedere che non era stata rassettata letto disfatto asciugamani non cambiati ecc …. Vorrei precisare che non avevamo messo nessun cartello fuori alla porta ….. abbiamo reclamato e ci è stato detto semplicemente che erano dispiaciuti….. per quasi 300 euro a notte direi un pò poco
