3 night stay ruined due to hotel policies will also list the postives and negatives aspects being an accor gold member and additional india plus accor member expected good rates on room booking but was very much disappointed ....also breakfast was good but today saw mosquito in the oats and cocunut drink which they had

When checked on the room rate, it was found you have booked special discounted rate thru the App for three days. Our rates are dynamic it changes according to the occupancy. Ibis Kochi is a well priced hotel situated in an excellent location easy walk to Metro, Jew Street, Marine Parade, surrounding markets and prominent fashion houses. The rooms are very well appointed, super clean and spacious. Special mention must go to Sahan who really ensured we had a memorable dining experience and was able to assist with our menu choices and ensured the spice was just right!!

Excellent hotel for business as well as families. Compact but comfortable rooms. The buffet dishes were very good especially the Coconut Fish curry. A very helpful front desk/ reception. Ask them for advise on places to visit , the best times to visit and the transport to get there

فندق اقتصادي جميل أفضل السكن في فنادق ibis لأنني عضو في برنامج accor ولأنها فنادق لها معايير محددة في نوع السرير والمرتبة وهي مريحة بالنسبة لي يبعد الفندق عن مطار كوتشي ساعة و 10 دقائق في وقت الذروة وتكلفة الوصول للمطار عبر اوبر 900 روبيه تقريباً يوجد غرف مخصصة للمدخنين و مطعم وخدمة غسيل الملابس و غرف الاجتماعات موقعه جيد بالقرب من المطاعم والمحلات

IBIS Kochi City Centre is a small, nice and clean hotel in the heart of Kochi. It is located on a major thoroughfare (MG Road) with plenty of shopping places. However, the street is not at all pedestrian-friendly due to the dilapidated condition of the sidewalks. The sidewalk is in total disrepair, and the traffic is atrocious. Our rent was decent and the room was clean with modern fittings. The room felt a bit small. The staff was extremely courteous. The only restaurant was adequate, clean and with local and continental dishes, a la carte and buffet. Free breakfast has an array of dishes. Overall, it is worth the money and we enjoyed our stay.
