Room size is enough. Queen bed is very comfortable. Reception staff is of very capable and helpful specially on 'Couple friendly" matter. I enjoyed the stay. Only issue is the size of bathroom which is too small making it very uncomfortable to use.

1) The bed sheet was fully stained (they are rejects you cant use it in a branded hotel like this) 2) The kettle in my room was broken (Please tell the house keeping to make sure that the rooms are fully up to the standards for service ) 3) I checked inn at 14.30, booked a bauble room with 2 breakfast .I had given my ID when I checked inn .Around 9 pm your front office manager came to my room asking for my partners id.I agreed that it is ur company policy. But you should inform the customers when they check-in. not at 9 pm banking the door and asking for the id. That is not perfectional (YOUR STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING ON THIS) 4) I had ordered room service the food was ok. the waiter just knock the door he doesn't tell any thing. he should shout room service as a perfectional way (YOUR STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING ON THIS) 5) your securities are so rude to the customers. Please advise them to behave professionally WORKING AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER IN A HOTEL IN UK I know HOW THE BUSINESS RUNS.PLEASE DONT TAKE IT AS A COMPLAIN ,THIS IS JUST A FEED BACK FROM ME

The overall hospitality and Room service assistance was good house keeping mate Sujith was friendly and professional. Food and the locality is at prime location but only concern is room sizes are very small for the charges they take 👌🙏☺️
