Typical Ibis standard. You know what to expect. However there is a lack of charging points. For two people on one side of bedside has a charging point. Needs to be fixed. The couch was dirty and full of dust. Pictures attached. Cleaning needs to be improved

We would like to thank Mr. Kiran for his excellent warm hospitality on helping us solving our predicament on the first day. Checking in the hotel was quick and efficient. Further more he stopped to help us with directions and recommendations for shops. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and service of front service staffs. Thank you very much. Great Stay at Ibis Kochi City Centre

Smooth checkin. We came late at night and the reception team ensured that the checkin was fast at night. Receptionist was so helpful to send the luggages to room on priority. Room is compact. Breakfast spread can be better. Staff in reception guided us the places nearby to visit and shopping areas. Even I had a document to be made and the reception manager Kiran helped with same. All the staffs from security, reception team, restaurant and housekeeping staff were so courteous and helpful. Hotel location is good to go everywhere. Checkout was quick. The hotel has a well maintained gym in 2nd floor.

Stayed recently for 3 nights at the ob s , kochi Good staff, good & clean rooms, hassle free check in & checkout. Good breakfast spread.

Sneha was an excellent hoest. She went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I met he in the breakfast restaurant she provided me with some information regarding tourist attractions in yhe area. she was always with a smile on her face. 😊 Job well done.
