We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was immaculate—spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home from home. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were especially welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is conveniently located close a few minutes away from the navigli area, which really comes alive at night. Other than that there isn’t much to say about it. The room was small, but more than enough, especially considering the rate. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to anyone visiting Milan

Travelled to Milan and stayed in this hotel for business last week. It is a great hotel slightly out with the city centre. It is situated next to a big park and right on the doorstep of a central line Metro station. Clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, welcoming staff- No complaints! Would stay again! Thanks everyone! Traveller Tip: If staying here, visit the cafe outside Coni Zugla Metro stop, AMAZING.

Pros: size of the room, cleanliness on daily basis, proximity to metro station. Cons: noise of all 3 a/c units (even in "quiet" mode), bathtub with clogging problems that were never fixed, hard mattresses, cooking smell stuck in the room, bar simply not existing (not available on Sundays and only in specific time slots during evenings!), more like airbnb and less hotel!

NEED to get in contact with reservation agent!!!

HI Mercure Milano Solari, We are visiting you in September (from the 16th to the 19th of September), and have tried to get a confirmation from you, regarding changes in our booking. Despite many attempts the last two weeks I have not head anything back, so now I hope I can get in contact with you this way. We have important changes to our reservation for DGI Nordsjælland and would like to get dem confirmed. I have e-mailed with an Amanda, but she has not replied to any e-mails the last two weeks which is very frustrating. I hope alle the changes can be done, even though we are that much closer now.
