No air conditions in all the room, not acceptable, room temperature too high and not possibility to fully open the window. Staff and website did not I for the customers. This is not even a service for 1 star hotel. Don’t sleep there

I really enjoyed the stay at Novotel Milano linate , the hotel is very good , the rooms are very well furnished , stuff are very friendly and helpful , we are coming for celebrating our honeymoon , so thanks for what we got , I have to thank Mr Giosue , he offered us complimentary breakfast , also upgraded the room to the executive, and offered a late checkout till 4:00pm. Also additional welcome drinks voucher while checking out because the weather was very hot. Finally , if we come back to Milano , I will choose same hotel .

Disaster to stay at Novotel Linate

Our second time to Linate and we were served with all the surprises, room had torned carpet , water was dripping from the shower panel Ac was not working and leakage in the room. When we complained for all these the best answer was from the duty manager why have you not told us these things when you checked in. We checked in at 4am with kids and seniors and they expect us to investigate the room and tell them where they faulter. The duty manager a mid aged man started blaming us for the problems which they had in the room and did not change the room despite of us wasting our time to have a meaningful conversation. They portaged that it’s our fault and hotel management is not liable to inspect the room before booking. Well accepted that it’s our fault that we booked this hotel and humble request to anyone visiting Milan don’t book this hotel or book it at your own risk

Great location

We stayed here as we only had one night before our flight and picked it due to the close proximity to the airport. We had a late afternoon flight so booked a late checkout which worked perfectly. We were able to get on the tram, which took us straight into the city centre and dropped us off at the Duomo. The night we arrived they had a BBQ dinner in the courtyard which was great value with a DJ playing music and breakfast was also great value. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again

My friend and I stayed in Novotel Linate for a night. I already stayed one year ago and I booked again. The hotel is located 5 minutes driving from airport ,where you can reach with a shuttle offered by the hotel for the cost of 5 € per person. If you want get to the hotel from Central Station , you can take Tram 27 from Piazza Fontana,which in 30 minutes bring you there. The room are good. Breakfast was excellent . We used also the restaurant within the hotel the night when we arrived. All in all we were very glad to book it.
