loves it because it has a beautiful sea and mount view room. the room is clean, hot water is good, the air conditioning is incredibly cold but can diminish, good and comfortable for 5 night stay. it's located in the opposite mall so it can be while you're not far away. good service, complete and adequate facilities, the breakfast menu also varies every day

First time holding an event at the Ibis hotel, the location is very strategic, the food and coffee break snack have many variations from appetizers to dessert, very satisfying, the banquet staff are also friendly and quick to ask for help

Welcoming reception was smooth, my card was issued and my room was ready for me. Room service: I ordered several room services, the delivery of the food I felt was a little delayed but it was a small matter Room: The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking and you can hear sounds of other guests closing doors which can be disturbing. There's tea but no coffee. There's mini fridge but no snacks. Other services. I took the laundry twice, it was simple and straight forward. All the payments to be done cash or card via the front desk, guests have do so promptly. Which I think was good to avoid delayed payment. I wish the hotel could offer tour packages, such as a day or half a day trip. Overall: I enjoyed my stay here, it's comfortable and I can access all the services easily.
