exactly a city center

The hotel is in the center of the city, near almost everything and a bus stop. It is close to Alun Alun, the old town of Surabaya, and Tunjungan Romansa. If you want to go to the mall, there's a Tunjungan Plaza 1 2 3 4 5 6. It was worth the money. The staff was kind and helpful. There's also an airport shuttle if you want to go to the Juanda Airport.

This hotel near with city center. The hotel are good, clean, and really comfort to stay. Also near with market place, it's really helpfull for me. And the staff especially the receptionist (INA) so kind, beautiful, fast respond. I really happy stay at ibis hotel city center.

Exellent value for money in city center

This hotel is centrally located just a few minutes walk from the huge Tunjungan Mall, Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are basic and have everything you need. Breakfast is basic, but very good for the price paid. Excellent value for the price you pay! Can't get a better hotel in this price range in this neighborhood.
