Hotel Mercure Padang We have stayed at the Mercure Padang on several occasions over the past 5 years. We have always found the staff to be very professional and helpful. The Hotel is well presented and the food is of a high standard. On our recent trip the Manager Feri went over and above to help us, providing exceptional service to help us with issues with Airlines and was available for us 24/7. He kept us informed and his communication and concern was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend the Mercure Padang.

Great hotel for vacation

Had company trip to Bukittinggi and Padangon 29 July - 1 August 2023. In Padang we stayed Mercure. The hotel is nicely maintained although it is relatively new building. The location is just 2 minutes by walking to Padang beach. The hotel has great atmosphere, very friendly staff. I specially thank Mr. Ridho of Mercure Padang for arranging our booking. Great help!

The experience of staying at mercure padang is very comfortable.. all the facilities are complite, the place and location very strategic.. all staff is very frinendly.. the wifi is smooth and the signal is good.. if i want to padang i will comeback here

This hotel very comfortable.......very clean..........the staff friendly to the guest and good service........ Swimming pool verynice and good view to the beach.......for the breakfast good taste i very like to stay in the Mercure

It was really an unforgettble experience stayed in Mercure Padang. The room was very comfort, clean and has a wide space. The view from the room was really nice. The staffs were really humble and friendly, and had a really fast response when we need something(s). Don't forget to try every kind of their breakfast, you won't forget with a nice taste of "Lontong Sayur". I do really love it! Thank you Mercure Padang for a really nice experience! No regrets!
